SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Shipping is available within the Netherlands with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 business days.
International shipping is also possible with variable delivery times depending on the destination.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

RETURNS

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the seller is at fault.
Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
The return form must be fully completed.
The shipping risk lies with the buyer; we recommend using track & trace.
If the return does not meet all requirements, the item will be returned to the customer.
Orders containing a pre-order will only be shipped once the entire order is complete.
